Request to visitors

If you have an appointment for a doctor’s consultation and/or examination, please take your temperature at home for several days before visiting and wear a mask on the day of your visit. On September 7, 2022, the recuperation period for COVID-19 infection was reduced from 10 days to 7 days according to the government policy. However, until 10 days have passed, the patient should not visit high-risk facilities such as hospitals due to the residual risk of infection.
Many patients at high risk of serious illness visit our hospital; therefore, we request anyone meeting the following conditions refrain from visiting our hospital.
  • Those who are asymptomatic but within 7 days of testing positive for COVID-19 infection.
  • Those who have developed symptoms of COVID-19 infection within the past 10 days and/or those who are currently symptomatic.
  • Those who are within 7 days of contact with a positive case of COVID-19. (In close contact with infected family members living in the same home.)
If you need to see a doctor during this period due to unavoidable circumstances, or if you have fever and/or cold-like symptoms, please contact the department by phone before your visit. We may ask you to postpone your visit or hospitalization depending on the infection situation in the hospital.
We apologize for the inconvenience, and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
