Our hospital currently operates two types of Self Check-in Machines: My Number health insurance card machines and standard health insurance card machines.
Starting January 13, 2026, the standard health insurance card machines will be discontinued, and all machines will be dedicated to My Number health insurance cards only.
Due to the system changes, patients without My Number health insurance cannot use the Self Check-in Machines.
Please proceed to the reception counter in Building 1 or Building 3 for check-in.
Patients with Meidcal Care Recipent Certificate
If you have both your My Number health insurance card and your medical care recipient certificate, please present them at the reception counter sometime after check-in and before payment.
