Patients' Rights

  1. Patients have the right to safe and high-quality medical care.
  2. Patients have the right to access their own medical information.
  3. Patients have the right to choose their medical treatment.
  4. Patients have the right to privacy and protection of their privacy.
  5. Patients have the right to dignity and that their dignity is respected.
  6. Patients have the right to a second opinion.

For Patients

  • We strive to provide safe and high-quality medical care.
  • As an education and research facility, our hospital trains students and medical professionals.
  • Medical care service is built on a relationship of trust between patients and medical care providers. As providers, we value open and forthright communication with our patients
  • Patients may be subject to certain limitations which are not typical in their daily life.
  • There are security cameras monitoring inside the hospital for crime prevention.

Notice to Patients

  1. Please provide detailed information on your symptoms and physical condition.
  2. Please state types of treatment you seek as well as treatments you don't wish to undertake.
  3. Should you have any concerns, please kindly let us know, as soon as possible.
  4. If you are unsure of your medical condition and/or treatment, please ask us for further assistance.
    Additionally, if you desire to have your medical records, please consult us.
  5. To prevent patient misidentification, we confirm your full name.

Prohibition

  1. Forcibly demanding medical treatment.
  2. Unappropriated food or liquid intake that are prohibited before examination or for treatments.
  3. Disturbing other patients and medical staff by physical violence, abusive language, yelling or threats.
  4. Entering into the hospital with a purpose other than medical purposes without a permission.
  5. Going out or staying out over night during hospitalization without a permission.
  6. Staying in the hospital after visiting hours are over (if you do not follow medical staff instructions without an acceptable reason, your future visits may be rejected).
  7. Persistently asking for written documents or interviews with medical staff.
  8. Defacing and/or damaging buildings, facilities, and machines.
  9. Bringing dangerous objects.
  10. Talking on a mobile phone in prohibited areas.
  11. Drinking alcohol on the hospital premises.
  12. Smoking on the hospital premises.
If an individual commits infractions related to the policies above and becomes a disruption to staff who are providing consultation or treating patients, the individual may be refused to receive our service. Additionally, if such disruption becomes serious, we may call the police for assistance.
