We strive to improve diabetes control by providing our patients with advancing medications therapy and examinations as well as meticulous instruction on daily life. We also strive to prevent three major complications (diabetic neuropathy, retinopathy, nephropathy) and arteriosclerotic disease (myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction, arteriosclerosis obliterans) from developing and progressing. We set our final goal to maintain our patients’ Quality of Life (QOL) equivalent to healthy people following guidelines issued by the Japan Diabetes Society. Furthermore, we treat endocrine diseases represented by dysfunction of thyroid, adrenal, and pituitary gland.
